Also JD Simo needed the fuzz to pair well with one of his cranked Fender amps, cranked to 10. So DanDrive tweaked the Zonkmachine MKI circuit to JD Simos liking and the SECRET WEAPON

DanDrive Secret Weapon - Zonkmachine MKI style

The DanDrive SECRET WEAPON was born at the request of JD Simo, who asked for a Zonk/Tonebender kinda fuzz with more midrange, so he could combine it with a Wah Wah in the down position to achieve old classic tones - you know it !
Also JD Simo needed the fuzz to pair well with one of his cranked Fender amps, cranked to „10“.
So DanDrive tweaked the Zonkmachine MKI circuit to JD Simos liking and the SECRET WEAPON was born!
Compared to the DanDrive SECRET MACHINE, the SECRET WEAPON is more raw, midrangy and build to JD Simos liking - as in it's tweaked for playing like JD Simo does.... L O U D !
The mini toggle can provide about + 10-15% more midrange as in the down position.
